You can find N C L Industries Ltd at 11A/2 in Phase 1. We are situated quite close to the fire station and the toll plaza. Being near the toll plaza means it can get pretty loud with all the trucks and cars passing through at all hours. It’s a very industrial part of the area, which is exactly what we need. The building is a standard block, nothing too special to look at from the road. We have a gate that stays open during the day and a small parking area for staff. The interior is mostly functional. We’ve got some offices in the front and the main industrial space in the back. It gets pretty hot in the summer, but we have some fans going to keep things moving. It’s not a place for meetings in suits; it’s a place for getting your hands dirty and making sure things get built or moved. The fire station is a handy landmark because everyone knows where that is. We’ve seen a lot of growth in Phase 1 recently, but we’ve stayed right here at 11A/2. We don’t go in for much talk. We just focus on the daily routine. If you need us, you just drive down past the toll and look for our number. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of setup that suits the way we work. It's nothing fancy, but it serves its purpose for the whole crew.
