You can find us right across from the Ramji Mandir on Bindur Sarovar Road. The name YASHASWYPOONACHA is a bit of a mouthful, so we usually just point to the sign when people ask. Being near the temple means we hear the bells every morning and evening, which is actually quite nice. The road itself is usually crowded with people walking to the sarovar. Our office is a simple one-room setup with a big window that looks out at the street. We spend a lot of time just watching the world go by while we wait for the phone to ring. The furniture is all mismatched—some of it came from an old house and some we bought used. We do our best to stay organized, but there are always stacks of paper that seem to grow on their own. We don't have any fancy equipment, just the basics like a printer that jams occasionally and a couple of landline phones. Most of the day is spent handling local requests and talking to people from the neighborhood. It’s a relaxed kind of place, and we don't feel the need to rush things too much. When the weather is hot, we keep the door open to catch a breeze. It’s just a regular local spot where we do our thing every day. We have been here for a while and most of the locals know our faces by now. We just keep at it.
