Trupti Minerals

Trupti Minerals is based out in the MIDC area, which is pretty much what you would expect from an industrial zone. Industrial life means there is always a bit of dust in the air and the sound of heavy machinery never really stops until very late at night. We are surrounded by other factories and workshops, so the whole place feels very busy and productive. Our building is made of concrete and metal, and it was built for function rather than for looking pretty to visitors. We spend our long days handling various mineral products, which is very physical work and often leaves us quite tired by the time our shift ends. The roads around the MIDC aren't always in the best shape, especially when the big lorries come through after a heavy rainstorm. We usually eat our lunch together in a small corner of the warehouse where it is a bit quieter than the main floor. There isn't any fancy office furniture here, just some sturdy wooden tables and a few old chairs that have seen better days. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just process the minerals that come in and send them out when they are ready for the customers. It’s a daily grind, but it’s honest work and we take things one day at a time. The heat inside the warehouse shed can get pretty intense during the summer months, so we keep the big ceiling fans running all day long. It is not the kind of place people visit for a tour, but for us, it is where we earn our living.
