We've been around the Naralwadi area for a while now. Our spot is at number 169, right near the Vitthal Mandir on the east side here in Patan. People know the temple well so it’s easy to find us. We mostly handle things related to local land and buildings. It’s a quiet enough part of town but things are always moving. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the traffic, but that’s just how it is. We spend most of our mornings just going over paperwork and talking to neighbors who drop by. There isn’t much fancy about how we run things. We just have a small desk and some chairs. If you’re coming from the main road, just look for the temple and head east. We usually have the doors open unless it's raining hard. Dealing with properties in Patan keeps us pretty busy. There’s always someone looking to fix something up or asking about a patch of land nearby. We try to keep things straightforward. No one around here has time for complicated talk. We just tell people what the situation is with a site and go from then. It's a lot of walking around and checking boundaries. My shoes get worn out pretty fast because of that. The office is nothing special, just a place to sit and work. We've known most of the families around here for years. It makes the work feel a bit more personal when you know who lived where back in the day. It is just a local business we run.
