Being located at 70, Laxmi Market means we are always surrounded by people and noise. Nisarg Pharma isn't some giant laboratory with people in white coats; it’s more of a busy trade spot. We deal with boxes and bottles all day long. The market is crowded, and getting a delivery van through the narrow lanes is a nightmare every morning. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to chemists and checking what’s in the warehouse. Our shelves are packed from floor to ceiling, and sometimes it feels like we’re running out of room to even stand or sit comfortably. There’s no fancy lighting or air conditioning here, just a couple of tube lights that flicker sometimes and a ceiling fan that makes a clicking noise. We keep our own books and try to stay organized, but in the middle of a busy afternoon, it gets pretty chaotic. People pop in and out asking for this or that, and we do our best to find it in the stacks. We’ve been in this market for a while, and we know the other shopkeepers well. We share tea and complain about the heat together. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have a big corporate story to tell. We just sell what people need and try to make sure we don’t mix up the invoices. It’s just how things go at number 70, day after day.
