Rajkamal Builders

If you head down Chansma Highway Road in Patan, you will find us near Shantiniketan Highschool. We are at 99-Jivandhara Soc. It is a quiet spot, mostly families and school kids around there. Rajkamal Builders has been operating from here for a good bit of time. We build houses and small buildings for folks in the area. It is mostly just us and a few local workers we trust. We do not have a massive team of suits or anything like that. We usually spend our time on-site, getting our hands dirty with the actual building work. Sometimes the supply of materials gets delayed, but that is just how it goes in this business. We handle things as they come. People in the society know us well. We are not trying to be the biggest company in India, just a reliable one here in Patan. Our office is not anything special to look at, just a place to keep the papers and tools. We find that being close to the highway helps with moving stuff back and forth. It gets dusty sometimes with all the road work nearby, but we do not mind. If someone needs a wall fixed or a new room added, they just walk over and ask. We prefer talking face to face rather than over long emails. That is how we have always done things here.
