Our office is located at Number 471 in the Patan District. It is more of a quiet administrative spot compared to a loud factory. P.V. Fastners deals with all the small things that hold machines together, like bolts and screws. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and managing orders from our office here. It is a straightforward business, really. We don’t have a massive showroom or anything like that. It’s mostly desks, filing cabinets, and the sound of phones ringing. Being in Patan, we are a bit away from the main industrial hubs, but we still manage to stay busy. The day starts with checking the mail and seeing what needs to be shipped out. We have a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering calls to packing small boxes if needed. It’s not glamorous work, but fasteners are something every industry needs. We try to keep our records straight and our customers happy without making a big deal about it. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet in the afternoons, which is when we catch up on all the boring paperwork. We’ve been operating out of this district for a while now and it feels like home. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done. It is not always exciting, but it is necessary work that keeps everything else bolted together.
