We’ve been working out of C-66 in the Dediyasan G. I. D. C. area for a good while now. It’s a busy spot on Modhera Road where there is always something going on. Being in an industrial zone means we deal with a lot of noise and activity, but that’s just how the day goes for us. We handle a lot of technical work here. Most mornings start with a quick check of the equipment before the heat of the day really kicks in. It gets pretty warm in the workspace during the afternoons. We aren't a big fancy operation with a glass front office or anything like that. It is mostly just us being careful and making sure the orders are moving out the gate. Sometimes the power fluctuates which can be a real pain when you are right in the middle of a delicate job. We know most of the guys in the neighboring units by their first names. We usually grab tea from the stall just down the road around eleven. It’s a practical place for practical work. People stop by to ask about parts or just to see how a project is coming along. We don’t spend much time on decorations. The walls have some old calendars and a few tools hanging up where they’re easy to reach. It’s just a regular shop where we try to keep things running steady for whoever walks through the door.
