Kadiwala Ice Cream

Out here in Village Vagharol, things move a bit slower than they do in the bigger towns. We are located at the post in Vagharol, within the Sidhpur taluka. It is a quiet place mostly. We spend a lot of our time making sure the machines are humming along properly. Being in a village means you know almost everyone who walks through the door. We don't have those big bright lights or loud music you see in the city shops. It is just a plain building where we handle the ice cream. The dust can be a bit of a problem when the wind picks up across the fields, so we are always wiping down the counters. We start quite early because that is just how life is here. People stop by after their work is done. It is not a very big operation, just a few of us making sure everything stays cold. Sometimes the delivery truck is late because the roads out this way aren't the best, but we manage somehow. You can find us easily if you are coming through the main part of the village. We have a couple of chairs outside for people to sit if they aren't in a hurry. Most of the time, they are in a hurry though. It is just a regular local business trying to keep the freezer full and the floor swept. There is really nothing more to it than that.
