If you go up to the first floor of the Indraprasth Complex, you’ll find us at Shop No 43. We are right by the Palanpur Highway in Radhanpur, which is a spot most locals know. It’s a convenient place for us because we are close to the main road for shipping, though it does get quite dusty with all the heavy trucks passing by all day. Jay Bhavani Pharma is just a small operation. We have shelves filled with different medicines and health products that people in the area need. The shop isn't very big at all, so we have to stay very organized or we run out of room for new stock quickly. Usually, there's just one or two of us here at a time to handle things. We spend the day helping locals who come in looking for specific items for their families. Sometimes we have to wait around for deliveries to arrive from the bigger cities. The stairs leading up to the first floor are a bit steep, so we always tell people to be careful when they're coming up or down. We've been in this complex for a while now, and most of the other shop owners nearby are friendly people. We share a bit of news or a quick tea over lunch sometimes. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for the constant highway noise outside. We just try to stock what people ask for. There’s no big corporate vibe here. Radhanpur is small, so we know our regulars.
