Our place is at 95-A in the Shrinagar Society, which is over near Gaytri Mandir Road in Patan. If you know the temple, we are just a short walk from there. It’s a nice enough part of town, mostly residential with some businesses mixed in. The J K Lakshmi Cement Ltd office here is where we manage the local distribution and keep track of everything happening in this part of Gujarat. The building is simple and looks like most of the others in Shrinagar Society. We don't have a big reception desk or shiny floors. It’s mostly just us at our desks with a lot of ledgers and phone calls to make. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, which is common around here. We usually have a bit of a rush in the afternoon when people finish their lunch breaks. We’ve got a small area out front where we park our bikes. The office has that old-school feel where everyone knows everyone else’s name. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a corporate look; we just want to get the cement orders filled correctly. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out while chatting. It’s a slow-paced but steady environment. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know where to find us when they need anything related to our work.
