DEVKAR INFRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED

Devkar Infratech is a small company that we run from the village of Nade, which is in the Patan taluka of Satara district. The office is actually registered at the home of Ratnamala Narayan Devakar. We are deeply rooted in this rural part of Maharashtra and we like it that way. Unlike the big firms you find in the cities, we operate on a much more personal level. Our work is mostly about local infrastructure and helping people with whatever building needs they have around the district. Being in a small place like Nade means that everyone knows everyone else. We do not have a glass office or a receptionist sitting at the front. It is just us working from home or directly from the site where the work is happening. Most of our days are spent traveling between different villages to check on how the projects are going. The hills around Patan are really beautiful to look at, but they do make the construction work a bit harder sometimes. We take things one day at a time here. If someone needs something built or repaired, they usually just come by the house or give us a call on the phone. We do not spend any money on advertising or fancy signs. We just try to do a decent job so that people will recommend us to their neighbors. It is a practical way of doing business that has worked for us for a long time now.
