Bhavesh Masala

Our shop is Bhavesh Masala, located in Salvivad, Kalar Wado. We’re on the Bus Stand Road, which is very close to the railway station in Patan. Being so close to both the bus stand and the railway station makes our location very busy. There’s a constant stream of people arriving and leaving town. We’ve been in this part of Patan for years now. The building is old, with narrow stairs and thick walls that stay cool even when it’s hot outside. We spend our days surrounded by bags of different spices. It’s a simple business. We don't have a website or any fancy brochures. If you want to know about us, you just come to Salvivad and talk to us. We work hard to keep everything sorted and ready for customers. Sometimes the street gets blocked by carts or delivery trucks, but that’s just part of life on Bus Stand Road. We’ve seen Patan change quite a bit, but our little corner in Kalar Wado stays mostly the same. We like the familiarity of it. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous. We just want to keep doing what we do. It's a steady way to live for all of us here. If you are walking near the station, you might see us moving boxes around.
