Shivanshi Constructions Private Limited

We are Shivanshi Constructions Private Limited, based out of the village tola called Parbatia in the Nautan block. Our office is at Pramod Kumar Shukla’s house in Panch-Sansaraiya. Being in West Champaran means we work in a very different way than big city firms. We know every family around here. When someone needs a new room added or a shed built for their farm, they come find us. It’s very local. We don't have a website or fancy ads. We just have our reputation in the village. The roads out here can be rough, so getting materials to the site is often the hardest part of the job. We use local labor and try to keep things simple. Sometimes we have to wait for the harvest season to end before we can get enough hands on-site, as everyone is busy in the fields. That’s just life in the village. We handle the paperwork and the actual building work ourselves. It’s a lot of responsibility because if something isn't right, everyone in the village will know about it by tea time. We take it one project at a time. Whether it’s a small wall or a whole house, we put in the same effort. It’s quiet out here in Parbatia, but there is always something that needs fixing or building. We just keep our tools ready and wait for the next person to knock on the door and ask for help.
