Nandleela Dairy Processing Private Limited is located right in Sikta Bazar, over in West Champaran. We operate out of the space belonging to Nand Kishor Pd. It’s a busy market area, so there’s always something going on outside our doors. Inside, we’re mostly focused on handling milk and making sure it gets processed without any issues. Dairy is a tough business because you can’t really take a day off; the cows don't stop producing milk just because it’s a holiday. We have a few cooling tanks and some basic machinery that we try our best to maintain. Sometimes the electricity in Sikta is a bit unreliable, which can be a real headache for us, but we’ve got a generator to help out. The floors are usually wet from all the washing we do to keep things sanitary. We aren't some big high-tech factory. It's mostly just local guys from around West Champaran doing the heavy lifting and making sure the crates are ready for delivery. We know most of our customers by name since they’ve been coming to us for years. We don't use any fancy marketing slogans or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure the dairy products are fresh. It’s a busy, noisy, and often damp environment, but it’s our workplace and we’re used to it. The smell of fresh milk is just part of our lives now. We usually get a tea break around ten.
