Jirel Pharmaceuticals is based in a village called Jhakhara, which is part of the Pipra Kothi block in East Champaran. Specifically, we are in Ward 16. It is a bit of a drive from the main town, located in the Surujpur area. Being in a rural setting changes how you look at the pharmaceutical business. Things move a bit slower than in a big city, but the work is just as important. Our office is a simple building in the village, and most of our neighbors are farmers or small shop owners. We spend our days managing stock and coordinating with people who need supplies in this part of the district. The roads in Jhakhara can be a bit rough, especially during the monsoon, but we manage to get things through. It’s a very local operation, and the people working here are from the surrounding area. We don't have any fancy corporate titles or polished office furniture. We mostly just have our desks and the crates of medicine that need to go out. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice to talk about the day's tasks. It feels like a real community effort to keep this place running. We don't do big promotions; we just make sure we are there when a call comes in for an order. It's honest, practical work in a quiet corner of Bihar, and we are fine with that way of life.
