Our office is right in House No 665 in the village of Semara Hardo. It’s near Kathkuiyan. If you're looking for us, it's just a regular house where we run Grow Roots. We aren't some big city firm. We are rooted right here in the village. Most of our day is spent dealing with local matters and making sure the business side of things is ticking along. It’s a small team. We know everyone’s name and we know the families around here. Growing things takes time and we understand that. We don't try to rush the process. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait, but that’s just part of life here. We aren't using fancy systems to track every little thing. It’s more about personal trust and being present. The name Grow Roots kind of says it all without us needing to explain much. We stay busy with the day-to-day tasks. It can be dusty and loud sometimes, but it’s home. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. People just know where we are. We provide what people need and we do it honestly. It’s a simple way of running a company, but it works for us. We're just locals doing a job we understand. Nothing more, nothing less. If you walk through Semara Hardo, you’ll likely see some of us out and about. We’re just part of the landscape.
