We are located in Bettiah, in the West Champaran district. Our office is at House Number 350, known as Ranjan Niwas. We are right on Urwashi Cinema Road, which is a fairly well-known part of town. The cinema is a good point of reference for anyone trying to find us. The building is an old residential house that we’ve adapted for our pharmaceutical business. It has a lot of rooms that we use for different things like storage and the main office area. We spend our days going through the inventory and talking to the distributors. Bettiah is a place where things move a bit slower, and we like that pace. The street outside can get quite lively in the evenings when people are heading to the cinema or the market. We mostly stay inside and focus on the paperwork. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we have to do things the old-fashioned way with pen and paper. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve worked together for a long time. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just make sure the medicine stock is managed and shipped out to the right places. It’s a practical setup that works for the area we are in. We keep the place tidy and just keep our heads down and work. Dealing with the rainy season is the only time things get really messy on the road outside.
