CHAMPARAN BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is based in the Purani Bazar area of Narkatiaganj. We are located specifically in Ward No-9. Being in the old market means we are right in the middle of everything. It can be a bit crowded with all the shops and people moving around, but it’s home for us. We handle all sorts of construction projects in the local region, including the area around the Shikarpur police station. We are a local team and most of us have lived in Narkatiaganj our whole lives. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just build things like houses and small shops for people who need them. The work is often dusty and loud, but that’s just how construction goes. We started this company because we wanted to work for ourselves and build things for our neighbors. Sometimes getting the big trucks through the narrow streets of Purani Bazar is a real challenge, but we’ve gotten pretty good at it over the years. We keep our office simple and mostly use it for storing our plans and meeting with clients. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything like that.
