B&Shah Construction Private Limited

B&Shah Construction Private Limited is based out of Deolia in Narkatiaganj. It’s a corner of Bihar that we know really well. Ainul Hoda is the one who handles the main stuff at the office here. We are a pretty small outfit, honestly. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a big marketing budget. We just do the work that comes our way. Narkatiaganj is a place where everybody kind of knows what everyone else is doing. If we do a good job, people hear about it. If we mess up, they hear about that too. So we just try to keep things steady. The weather can be a real pain here, especially when the rains start and the ground gets all soft. We’ve had to pull trucks out of the mud more times than I can count. It’s just part of the life. We don't talk like those big city companies. We speak plainly and we work hard. The office in Deolia is simple. We have our files and our tea. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to say hello. It is a very grounded way to run a business. We aren't looking to take over the world. We just want to keep building things in our own backyard and making sure the jobs are done properly. It is tough work but someone has to do it.
