Alkizen Engicon Private Limited is out here in Vill-Bank, specifically the Tola-Bank area of Panch-Bank. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from around here. Prabhash Ranjan and the family have been here for a long time. It’s a rural setting, which is nice because it’s a lot quieter than the cities. Our office is simple, reflecting the life in the village. We don't have fancy air conditioning or sleek furniture. We have sturdy wooden chairs and a lot of respect for the land. Working out of Bank means we know every corner of this area. The pace of life is a bit slower here, but the work we do is still serious. We spend our mornings talking to the local crews and checking on the equipment. Sometimes the roads are a bit rough, especially after it rains, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We’re just local people doing engineering and construction work where it’s needed. There’s a certain honesty in working from a small village. You can’t hide behind a polished image here. Everyone knows who you are and what your work looks like. We just focus on getting things built properly and keeping the office running. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours and we’re used to the way things work in this part of the country. We keep the gate open for anyone who needs us.
