Uppal'S Orchid

Over here at Uppal'S Orchid, things are a bit different than what you might find in a big city. We are located way out in Vill.-Nandabard, near Pindrui in the West Midnapore district. It’s a quiet area of West Bengal, definitely not a place with skyscrapers. The air is different here and the pace is a lot slower than Kolkata. We spend our days looking after the place and making sure everything is in order. It’s a bit of a trek to get to us, but that’s part of the deal. We don't have a huge staff or anything, just enough people to keep the lights on and the rooms ready. It’s mostly just us doing the chores and waiting for guests or deliveries to arrive. Sometimes the rain in Midnapore makes the roads a bit muddy, but we're used to it. We don't use any of those big marketing slogans because they don't really fit who we are. We're just a local spot in the village trying to run a decent business. If you stop by, you'll see it’s just a simple operation run by people who live nearby. It's a practical way to live and work in this corner of West Bengal.
