Raymond Apparel Ltd

Down here in Haldia, we operate Raymond Apparel Ltd from Sree Krishna Apartment. It is a bit different from a typical office building since it’s an apartment setup, but it works for what we need. Haldia is a unique place with all the industry and the port nearby, and we’ve found our niche here. The apartment gives us enough space to keep our records and handle the small team we have. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which we actually prefer. We aren't a big, polished company. We are just local people working in the apparel trade. We don’t have a fancy lobby or elevators that talk. It’s just a standard building where we get our daily tasks done. Sometimes the humidity gets to us, but we have a few fans going and keep at it. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our connections are old ones that have been around since we started. We focus on being reliable and just getting the orders out on time. It’s a quiet way to work, away from the main hustle and bustle of the bigger cities. We like the pace here and the fact that we know our neighbors in the building. It’s a simple life and a simple business, which is how we like it.
