Out in Purilia, in the West Midnapore district, you’ll find our Mcnally Bharat team. We aren't in a big city with tall buildings or fancy offices. We’re out where the actual work happens. The Stdp area in West Bengal is where we spend most of our time. It’s a rugged kind of place, and our work matches that. We’re involved in engineering projects that take us all over the region. Our base in Purilia is where we store our equipment and meet up to plan out our days. It’s a basic office, nothing more than a place to sit and handle some paperwork when needed. We spend far more time in our work boots than in office chairs. The weather out here can be tough, with heavy rains and plenty of dust, but we’re used to the conditions. We aren't a corporate office with a lot of polished talk. We’re just workers who know how to handle engineering tasks. Most of us have been with the company for years and we know the local landscape inside and out. People in Midnapore are hardworking, and we try to live up to that standard every day. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just do the work and let that speak for itself. It’s a quiet life in many ways, but it’s always busy. We’re just glad to have a steady place here in West Bengal to do what we know how to do.
