Manna Clinic

Manna Clinic is tucked away in the New Market area over in Mecheda East. It’s a busy little corner of the market, especially on the days when everyone comes in from the outskirts to do their shopping. Our place isn't very large, just a couple of rooms where we see patients and keep our supplies. We’ve been here in Mecheda East for a while, so most of the shopkeepers around us are like neighbors. People usually stop in while they are out getting their groceries or hardware supplies. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name on the door and some glass windows. Inside, it’s pretty basic with some wooden benches for waiting. The floor is tile and we try to keep it swept clean, but with the market dust outside, it’s a constant job. We see a lot of kids and elderly folks from the nearby houses. It’s a simple setup. The doctor usually arrives in the morning and stays until the last person in the queue is seen. There’s no complicated booking system; people just come and wait their turn. Sometimes the market gets so loud you can hear the vendors shouting from inside the clinic rooms. It feels like a real part of the community here. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to do the work and help the people who walk in through the door every day. It’s just a normal part of life in the market.
