Laxmi Cold Drinks

Laxmi Cold Drinks is located right in the middle of Gate Bazar in Paschim Midnapur. If you know the market area, we aren't hard to find. It’s a small shop but we keep it busy most of the time. We sell all kinds of cold drinks to the people who come to the bazaar for their daily shopping. It gets really crowded on market days, and that’s when we’re busiest. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. The fridge stays running all day to keep everything cold, which is what people want when they’re walking around in the heat. It’s just a normal local shop. We don’t have fancy chairs or anything, just the counter and the crates stacked up. My family helps me run the place. Sometimes we have to wait a while for the delivery trucks to bring new stock because the roads get congested near the bazar. We know most of our regular customers by name. They stop by for a quick drink and a bit of talk before heading home with their bags. It’s not a big corporate thing, just us trying to make a living in the bazar. We open up early and stay open until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. There isn't much more to it than that. We just keep the bottles cold and wait for the next customer to walk in through the door. It’s a simple way to spend the day.
