Kuasha Micro Service Foundation

Kuasha Micro Service Foundation is based in Barbanki village. We are located at Maniklal Acharya’s place. It’s near the Patna post office in the Midnapur area. It is a very rural setting, far away from the noise of Kolkata. We like it that way. It’s peaceful, and we can focus on what we need to do without too many distractions. The office is basically just a room in the village. We don't have air conditioning or anything fancy like that. Just some wooden chairs and a lot of papers. Maniklal is a well-known name around here, so if you ask anyone in Barbanki, they can point you to the house. We don't use any of that corporate language because it feels out of place in a village. We are just simple people trying to provide a service. The roads can be a bit rough during the monsoon, so getting here takes a bit of patience. We spend our days mostly working with local folks. There’s no big hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in and does what’s needed. We don't have a website with a bunch of fake photos. This is just a real place where real work happens. It’s small, quiet, and very honest. We’ve been here for a while and we’re happy with how things are. We don't need fancy desks or high-end gadgets to get through the day. We just stay busy and keep the records straight as best as we can.
