We've been here in Jinandipur for a while now. The office is right near the Ashapurna Devi Railway Station in Purba Midnapur. It's a busy spot but we like it here. People often ask where exactly we are and the train station is the best landmark to tell them. Most of us working at John Deere India Pvt Ltd live nearby in the district. We keep the place running every day. It’s not fancy. Just a workplace where we handle what needs to get done. The commute for some of us involves the local trains since the station is right there. It gets dusty sometimes because of the location, but that's just part of life in this area. We have our routines and the team knows what to do. Sometimes it’s quiet, other times there is a lot of noise from the tracks outside. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything, just the gate and the building. If you are coming from the station side, you can’t really miss the turn. We stay busy with the paperwork and the regular tasks. It's a job. We show up, do the work, and go home. Purba Midnapur is a good place to be based out of. We’ve seen the area around the station change quite a bit over the years. Some new shops opened up lately. We usually just stick to our side of the road and keep things moving along without much fuss.
