Haldia Super Mart

Haldia Super Mart is over in Ward No. 2, right in the Prabhu Narayan Market. We’re in Tajpur, and you’ll see the Bank of India nearby, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. This isn’t one of those massive malls you see in the big cities. It’s just a local mart where we try to keep the essentials on the shelves. We’ve got groceries, snacks, and the usual household things people need every day. The market can get really crowded on the weekends, especially with everyone coming into Tajpur for their shopping. We spend a lot of our time restocking the shelves because things tend to move fast. Sometimes the aisles feel a bit tight when we have crates of vegetables or new boxes of soap waiting to be unpacked. The lighting inside isn’t anything special, but it’s bright enough to see what you’re buying. We have a few regulars who come in every morning for their milk or bread, and it’s nice to see familiar faces. The staff here is mostly just local folks who live nearby. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. We just open the doors, sweep the floor, and wait for the day to start. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. It’s a simple shop in a busy market, and we just try to keep things organized for the people in our community.
