Baroma Sirona Hospital

Baroma Sirona Hospital is situated in Mechogram, specifically in the Panshkura area of Purbo Midnapur. It’s a bit of a distance from the main heart of Kolkata, located in what many call Dakshin Mechogram. We serve a lot of the local villages and smaller towns nearby. The hospital is a fairly large building for this area, and we have various departments to handle different medical needs. It’s a very busy place because there aren't many other big hospitals nearby, so we see a wide variety of cases every single day. The atmosphere is often quite hectic with families waiting in the corridors and staff moving quickly between rooms. We don't have any of those fancy modern glass walls or designer furniture. It’s a practical, lived-in building that works hard for the community. The floors are worn in places and the walls have that standard hospital paint, but we keep everything as clean as we can. Our doctors and nurses are mostly local people who understand the needs of the patients coming from the surrounding rural areas. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy brochures; we just focus on keeping the doors open and the beds ready for whoever needs them. It’s a tough job sometimes, especially when the weather is bad and travel is hard for patients, but we stay here and do what we can for everyone. It is a busy place but we manage it.
