Tea Retail And Wholesale is located in Durgapur. It’s a busy town and we are right in the middle of the daily hustle. We do a bit of everything here, selling small packets to people walking in and moving bigger quantities for the wholesale side of things. The shop is usually crowded with boxes and bags because there is always something coming in or going out. It’s not a very polished place; the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint and the floor gets scuffed up from all the heavy crates. But it works for what we need. We don't have a fancy showroom with glass displays. Instead, you'll see tea stacked up high and a counter where we do the weighing and the billing. Some days it is absolute chaos with several people asking for different things at once, and other days it’s just us sitting around having a cup of tea ourselves. Durgapur is a solid place for a business like this because there are always people looking for tea. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the orders are correct. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. Just a local shop doing its thing every day for the community here.
