Sulabyay Engineering & Reality Private

Our place, Sulabyay Engineering & Reality Private, is located in the Sepco Township in Durgapur. Specifically, we are at House No 2 on 2nd Avenue. This area has a very specific feel to it, being part of the township, and it is usually quite orderly. Our office is just a regular house that we have converted into a workspace. Since we do engineering and reality work, there are always some blueprints or technical drawings lying around on the big tables. We have a couple of computers that stay on most of the time, but a lot of our thinking happens over a cup of tea in the small yard outside. It is not a flashy setup at all. The floors are plain, and the furniture is just whatever was practical and available. Durgapur is an industrial town, so there is a sense of hard work in the air. We stick to our routine, starting early and staying until the day's work is finished. We don't have any slogans or mission statements on the walls. Instead, we have calendars with deadlines marked in red ink and some samples of materials we use for our projects. It is a quiet way to run a business, but it works for us. We are just local people who know our trade and spend our days making sure the technical details are correct and the reality side of things is handled properly.
