We are Success Siksha Consultancy, and you can find us on B.C. Road in Barabazar. We’re located quite close to the Barabazar Police Fari, so it’s a pretty easy landmark for anyone trying to find our door. The area is always crowded and full of life, which we actually quite like. Our office is a simple room where we spend our time helping students and people looking for career advice. It’s not a high-tech place with glass walls; it’s more about the folders and the notebooks we keep on our desks. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, mostly just helping local families understand the different forms and exams their kids have to deal with. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to act like we’re big shots. We’re just local people who have learned the ropes of the education system through experience. Often, people just drop in because they were passing by the police station and remembered they had a question. We don't mind the interruptions. We usually have the fan going full blast because it gets quite warm in the afternoons here. There’s always someone coming in or out, and the noise from B.C. Road never really stops. We try to keep our records organized, though sometimes the papers pile up when it’s admission season. It’s a busy life but it feels good to be part of the Barabazar community.
