Shubhaayati Infra Private Limited is basically just us working out of Samir Kumar’s place in Rashidpur village. It is a quiet spot in the Alinagar block, specifically around the Adhloam panchayat area. We deal with infrastructure stuff, which mostly means we are busy with local building projects and making sure things get done right. It isn’t some big office building with glass walls. It is a house in a village where we sit down and look at plans and figure out how to get materials delivered on time. Sometimes the roads aren't great, so that takes up a lot of our thinking and time. We started this because there was a need for some real work to be done around here. People know us in the neighborhood, and we mostly just try to be useful. If you are looking for us, you have to find the Alinagar block first and then head toward Rashidpur. It's a small place, so asking around usually works if you get lost. We don't have a big receptionist or anything like that. It's usually just a few of us handling the paperwork and talking to the crews. We keep things pretty simple. There’s no fancy jargon or complicated talk here. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to stay organized. It gets busy during the dry season when everyone wants to build at once. That's when we are mostly out on the sites anyway, checking on the workers and making sure we don't run out of sand or gravel before the day is over.
