Neelkantha Nirman Llp

Our office is tucked away behind Laxmi Narayan Avenue in Ushagram. We are C/O Tulsi R Patelbehind Laxmi Narayan Avenue, right near the Durgamandir area. It is a fairly quiet part of town compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer for our work. Neelkantha Nirman Llp is a small team of people. We spend most of our time out on the construction sites or here in the office trying to figure out the next steps for whatever we are building. The Durgamandir landmark really helps people find us since the back streets can be a bit confusing if you are not from around here. We have a very basic setup in the office. A couple of tables, some chairs, and a lot of paper everywhere. Ushagram is a nice place to work from. There is a sense of community here that you do not always get in the bigger cities. We know the people living nearby, and they know us too. Most of the work we do is pretty local to this area. We do not have a big sign or anything flashy outside the building. We just have the name on the door and we get to work every day. Sometimes we sit around and talk about how the neighborhood is changing or what we are going to do for the next project. It is a very grounded way of doing things. We do not use big words or fancy presentations here. It is just simple and it works for us.
