Maxiple Housing Private Limited is located over in Arra, specifically in the Sree Pally area. If you are looking for us, we are right there with Samir Kundu. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the middle of the city. We have been working on housing for a while now, mostly focusing on what people in this part of town need. Our team is small, just a few people who have lived around here most of their lives. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of folders full of site plans. We spend a good amount of time out of the office, checking on how things are moving along at the construction spots. The sun gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the outdoor work done early. People stop by sometimes just to ask questions or see what is new with the local projects. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job needs doing, we find the right people to help us get it finished. It is steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like being part of the Arra community. It feels good to see a house go from an empty lot to a place where a family actually lives. That is basically us in a nutshell.
