About Madhusudan – Food & Beverages in Paschim Bardhaman
We’ve been here in Singa village for a while now. It’s a quiet spot in Purba Burdwan, not too far from the post office in Anukhal. Most days start early when the sun comes up over the fields. Our place is under the Ambika Kalna police station jurisdiction, though we don't see them much around here unless they're passing through. Working here at Madhusudan is just what we do every day. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a simple setup where we handle our work. Sometimes the weather gets really humid, especially during the monsoon months, and that slows things down a bit on the roads. People from around the village stop by, and we talk about the crops or the local news while we get things sorted. It’s a lot of manual work, moving things around and making sure everything is where it should be. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the area well. The drive into town takes some time because the roads aren't always great, but we’re used to it by now. We focus on getting the day's tasks done before it gets too dark. It’s a basic life here in this part of West Bengal, but it keeps us busy. You won't find big posters or loud signs, just the name Madhusudan and our daily routine in Singa. We try to be careful with everything we handle here.
