Larsen & Toubro Limited Ecc Divission

Our division is based in the village of Kukura, which is in the Burdwan district of West Bengal. The pin code here is 713423. It is a bit of a trek to get here if you are coming from the main highway. The office is located in a simple building that blends in with the rest of the village. We have the words Larsen & Toubro Limited Ecc Divission written on a board, but it’s a bit weathered now. Inside, the floors are concrete and the walls are filled with charts and project maps. We deal with a lot of the heavy lifting for the local construction sites from this office. It is a busy place, but in a quiet way. There are always people coming in and out with boots on, bringing mud from the sites. We don't mind. It shows work is being done. The desk where the manager sits is covered in old newspapers and site diaries. We have a small porch where we sit sometimes during the lunch break. It is a very practical setup. We don't spend money on things like fancy rugs or art. Every rupee goes into the work we do. It’s a bit dusty, and the lights flicker sometimes when the heavy machinery is running nearby, but it is our home base. It is just how we do things in this part of Bengal. We show up every day and keep things moving forward.
