We are the folks over at 164/1, Maniktala Main Road. This is where the Iq City Myrtle Enclave Welfare Association is based. Being on a main road like Maniktala means there is always noise and traffic, but that’s just life in this part of the city. We aren’t a big company or anything. We’re just an association of people looking after the welfare of our enclave. Most of what we do involves the daily upkeep and making sure things are running smoothly for the residents. It’s not very exciting work, mostly involving meetings about maintenance, security, and the odd repair job that needs doing. We don’t have a marketing department because we don’t need one. Everyone who lives here knows where we are. Our office is just a simple room where we keep the records and handle the bills. Sometimes the meetings get a little heated when people disagree on how things should be spent, but that’s part of the process of running an association. We’ve been at this address for a good while now. Maniktala is a busy hub, and being right on the main road makes it convenient for everyone to drop by if they have a complaint or a suggestion. We just try to keep things practical and stay on top of the basics. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up to a lot of work, but we manage somehow.
