Happy To Help Support Foundation is located in Shibnagar, specifically in Ward No-19. We are on College Road, right near the Amara Bangali Rajya Karyalay. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find if you’re in the area. The street outside is usually full of students and people heading to the local shops. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just wander in when they need something. We have a few desks pushed against the walls to make space for people to stand and talk. It’s not a very big room, so it can get crowded pretty quickly if more than three or four people show up at once. There’s a ceiling fan that wobbles a bit, but it keeps the heat away during the summer months. We don’t have a lot of fancy technology; just an old computer that takes a while to start up and a printer that jams every now and then. We keep our files in big plastic folders on the shelves. Working on College Road means there is always something happening outside, and we often hear the sounds of the city through the open door. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. It’s a straightforward place with a lot of activity. We are just a few regular people trying to handle things as they come.
