We are located out in Barddhaman, specifically around Chatapathar. It’s not a city center type of place, more of a working area. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We do industrial work, so there’s usually a bit of noise and a lot of activity. We aren't fancy people. Most of us live nearby and have been working in this field for quite a long time. The office is right where the action is. It’s a bit dusty because of the location but we don't mind. We focus on getting the daily production done. It’s about sticking to the schedule and making sure the machines are running. We don't have time for corporate talk or big meetings. We just talk over tea and get back to work. Barddhaman is a good place to be for this kind of industry. People here know what hard work looks like. We handle the manufacturing side of things. It’s a lot of manual work and checking on the floor. Some days things break down and we have to fix them ourselves. That is just part of the routine. We are a small team and we know each other well. We don't need a lot of rules, we just know what needs doing. It’s a simple life but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We close up when the sun goes down and start again early tomorrow. There is always plenty to do around the factory floor.
