We are based out of Gurudwara Road here in Durgapur. It's a busy spot near DGP-13. Harmander Singh Bhatia looks after the place. We’ve been around for a bit now, just doing our work and trying to get things right for the people who come to us. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space in the Bardhaman area. Most days we are just busy with the daily routine. You can find us easily if you know the landmark. The neighborhood is mostly families and small shops. We started this because there was a need for it. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the traffic, but we manage. It’s a local setup through and through. We don't really do the big corporate talk. We prefer just talking to people like neighbors. Durgapur is our home. Working from this part of West Bengal keeps us busy. We have a small team. Everyone knows everyone else around here. If you are passing by the main road, you'll see us. Sometimes the tea guy comes by around four and that's our main break. The building itself has been here for years and seen a lot of changes. We focus on the tasks at hand. It is not always perfect, but we try. We deal with what comes our way.
