We operate Constitutive Business Solutions Private Limited out of Ashiyana Society in Durgapur. Our space is Flat No. 7E in the AS-2 building. It is a bit different from a standard office block since we are right there in a residential society. This makes the whole vibe a lot more quiet and local. We don’t have a giant sign out front or anything like that. Most of our day is spent at the computers, working through various business tasks. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s business and how we work. Sometimes the neighbors see us coming and going, but we try to keep things professional and low-key. Durgapur is a growing place, but our corner of it feels pretty settled. We’ve got some desks pushed together and enough coffee to keep us awake. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There are stacks of folders and personal items scattered around. We just focus on getting through the workload one step at a time. It’s practical and it works for us. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it wouldn't change the quality of the work anyway. We prefer the honest approach of just doing what needs to be done.
