CITYWALLS UKHRA PLAZA PRIVATE LIMITED has its office at 2D, Panditia Road, which is right near Fort Oasis in Kolkata. It is a pretty well-known spot in the neighborhood. The office is small but we make the most of the space we have. Since we are near Fort Oasis, there is usually a lot of activity around us, which keeps things interesting. We mainly focus on the plaza projects and managing the different aspects of the property side of things. It’s not a fancy corporate suite; it’s more of a place where we sit down with some coffee and try to figure out the schedule for the week. The walls are a bit plain and we have some old posters up, but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the maintenance is handled properly. Panditia Road is a good place to be because it’s easy for people to drop by if they need to discuss something. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. There is a lot of back-and-forth communication throughout the day, and the phone never really stops ringing. We just try to stay on top of everything without getting too stressed out. It is a simple operation and we like keeping it that way so we can focus on the actual work.
