Our office is Shop No. B-200 in the Kalpataru Building. It’s part of the Bengal Shristi Complex right in the City Centre of Durgapur. Being in Durgapur means we’re surrounded by a lot of industry and big projects, but we keep our own operations pretty grounded. The City Centre is a busy place, so there’s always something happening outside our window. We chose this spot because it’s easy for everyone to get to, even if the parking is a bit of a mess sometimes. We do a lot of our planning right here in the shop. It’s mostly maps, stacks of files, and a lot of empty tea cups. We don't spend much on decorating because we’d rather be out at the construction sites seeing things get built. Bardhaman is a big area to cover, so we’re often on the road. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just about putting up buildings and making sure they’re solid. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery getting stuck or the weather turning bad, and we just have to figure it out as we go. That’s just how it is in this business. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other well. We just show up every morning and do the work that’s in front of us until it's time to head home. There isn't much more to it than that.
