Aroopa Realtors is located near Surya Sen Park in the Kumarpur area of Asansol. It is a local office where we deal with land and houses in the Bardhaman region. Being near the park is nice, and it gives us a good landmark to tell people when they are trying to find the office. Asansol has its own pace, and we try to match that in our daily work. The office is a simple setup with the basic things we need to get through the day, like a printer that sometimes jams and a few sturdy desks. We handle a lot of inquiries from people in the neighborhood who are looking to buy or sell something. Most of our day is spent talking to people or driving out to see different plots of land. It can get quite hot in Kumarpur during the summer, so we usually try to get our outdoor work done early in the morning. Back at the office, we spend time organizing the files and making sure all the legal papers are correct. We aren't a big corporation, just a small group of people who know the local property market well. We have a few maps of the Bardhaman area on the wall to help us keep track of where everything is. It’s a practical way to run a business, and we just take it one day at a time.
