Aranyaani Natural Foods Private Limited is located out in a village called Dubchururia. It’s near the Shiv Mandir in Andal Gram, which is part of the Andal area in Bardhaman. It’s a lot quieter out here than in the big cities, which feels right for a company focused on natural foods. We have our setup here in West Bengal, surrounded by a bit more green than you’d see in Kolkata. Most of us here grew up nearby, so we know the land and the people around Andal pretty well. We spend our time working with natural food products, trying to keep things as simple as they can be. It’s not always easy because the logistics of being in a village can be tricky when the roads are bad or the weather doesn't play nice. We don't really have a polished front office with a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find one of us busy with the stock or checking on the latest batch of items. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just one that shows up and gets the job done for the people who buy from us. Our day usually starts early and ends when the work is finished, without much fuss in between. It’s a basic operation but we take it seriously. Dealing with food from the earth requires a bit of patience and we have plenty of that out here in Dubchururia, just past the temple.
