AMCEN INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Duplex-A-1 in Baishali Park. If you know where the Shiv Mandir is in Asansol, we are right near there. Our office is actually part of the space belonging to Arvind Kumar Sinha. It’s a quiet residential area, which makes for a peaceful place to get our work done without all the noise of the main city center. We handle infrastructure projects from this small base in Paschim Burdwan. We don't have a big corporate headquarters with glass walls. It's just a simple room with some desks, computers, and a lot of project files. Most of our day is spent coordinating with workers and making sure we have the materials we need for our current jobs. Sometimes we have meetings at the dining table because it’s more comfortable for everyone. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know the local landscape well. It’s a bit different from the big firms in Kolkata, but we like it this way. We can focus on what we're doing without too many distractions. Being near the temple means things stay pretty calm most of the week, except during festivals when it gets lively. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the logistics for our infrastructure jobs. It’s not glamorous, but it’s how we make a living and we take the work seriously.
