AIRC CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Sreepally in Asansol. Specifically, we are located at C/O Smrikona Choudhury’s place. It is a small setup, which is how we like it. Being in Bardhaman, we mostly handle local construction jobs. The office is really just a room where we keep our papers and talk to people about their building needs. We don't have a big staff or a fleet of fancy cars. It is just honest work. Sreepally is a quiet enough area, which makes it a good spot to sit down and figure out project costs. We do a lot of the planning ourselves. Sometimes the work takes us further out into Barabani, but we always come back here to finish things up. Since it is an OPC, it feels more personal. You aren't dealing with some nameless manager. We know the local suppliers and where to get the best materials for a fair price. It can be a bit of a struggle sometimes, especially when the weather is bad or workers are hard to find. But we just keep at it. People in this part of West Bengal know that we are reliable enough. We aren't looking to become some massive firm overnight. We just want to keep doing our construction work and making sure the local buildings stay standing.
