We operate out of Shiv Villa 77 in Mig Sector-1 over in Parwanoo. It’s up here in Himachal Pradesh, postcode 173220. Being in a place like Parwanoo, you get used to the hills and the weather changing really fast. We work on boilers of all kinds. It is a messy job sometimes with the soot and the metal parts, but we’ve been at it as Misra Boilers P Ltd for a good while. The office is really just a part of the house area, so it feels very homey and relaxed. We don't have a big factory floor right here, mostly just the planning, the phone calls, and the admin stuff. It is a family-run kind of vibe where everyone knows what to do without being told. You’ll see us moving parts around or checking the clipboards for the next job. We don't use big words or any of that fancy talk. If a boiler needs looking at or fixing, we just figure it out. Parwanoo is an industrial town, so we fit right in with the other shops and small units around Sector-1. It’s a lot of manual work and technical bits that we’ve learned over the years. We have our tools and our old desks that have seen better days. People in the area know where to find us. It's not a shiny new building, but it’s sturdy and keeps us dry. We spend our days dealing with parts and pressure valves. Sometimes it gets quite cold in the winter, so we just layer up and keep going.
